Coralie Rouet (1987, Agen – FR) took a Master’s in Philosophy at the University of Paris VIII and studied audio-visual media at HEAD-Haute Ecole d’Art et de Design in Geneva. She works with video and installations and has shown works in a range of contexts, in solo and group shows (kom.post, californium 248). In 2011 she received the Swiss Prize for Performance. She also works on short fictional films, as in the case of Ian, shot in Russia and inspired by the writings of Pier Paolo Pasolini, now in the editing phase, while the documentary film Symptôma is now in post-production. She is a resident at the Istituto Svizzero di Roma, for the making of the feature-length film Vita nova.
